I went out this afternoon and bought a bunch of books, and I'll be delving into them this weekend...and for some weeks to come. Thanks for all your suggestions. Once I get through these, I'm going to order the rest on the list...I'm also thinking of ordering Kay Bratt's book Silent Tears, have any of you read it?

read Silent Tears - it was wonderful - some parts were hard to get through, but it is reality.

I know that there is really nothing you can do about the situation except to hang in there. Easier said than done...I know.

I HATED silent tears - I thought the author had a horrible, elitist attitude about orphanages and the workers in particular.
