Yup, it's that time again.My mom and I went in on some Heart and Stroke tickets (they were 1 for $100 or 3 for $250), so we ended up getting three tickets. Since I put them on my credit card, I put her share in the loonie/toonie fund. Yeah, I know that's technically 'cheating'...so sue me. Oh well, it's tallying up to a fair chunk of change.
Now if my mom and I could only WIN something on the Heart and Stroke lottery...oh well, at least the money's going to a VERY good cause that's near and dear to my (no pun intended) heart.
Though, last year we did (technically) win something...though it was weird timing...

In answer to your comment on my site... yeah I agree 100% with what you are saying about the 'doctor shopping'... and getting prescriptions from everywhere... but still it is sad... by the way... you are certainly getting some serious cash together now... hehe...
