I've been tweaking the blog a little lately and had a question for anyone who cares to post a response...what is the proper 'netiquette' when adding a link to someone else's blog?
Should I ask/tell them first? Just go ahead and post with the thought/hope that they'll add my link to their blog? I'm still new to all this, so any advice would be great. ;)

I used to ask to add people. Now I just do it. No one really seems to mind free 'publicity' ;0)
